Luxury Doubles (5 rooms)

Child Policy

Children up to 4 years stay free when sharing with parents.

Children aged 5–11 years sharing with an adult are charged an additional fee.

This child rate applies up to 12 years; from 13 years and above, 50% of the room rate applies.

Deposits & Payments Policy

All reservations must be made in writing to the hotel’s reservations office.

Reservations remain provisional until a deposit or credit card guarantee is provided.

Individual bookings can be confirmed with credit card details or full advance payment.

Company bookings must be confirmed in writing via email.

A release policy applies to all unconfirmed reservations.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or reductions in stay are subject to fees depending on the timing of the cancellation.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the reservations office.

Payment

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or direct deposit. Cheques must be made payable to “No. 5 Boutique Hotel Ltd.”
